Having a Bad Day?

Now I know what you're thinking. Not another post that is telling me to stop dwelling on the problems I'm having because there's probably someone having a worse time. That's not what this post is about. This is about the simple fact that:

WE SHOULDN'T IGNORE A BAD DAY!
 
If we always make everyday great and (yes I'm going to say this) legendary that how are we supposed to know what a great day is? Granted bad days suck for you and everyone around you but there are things that you can do to reduce the constant feeling of the world being against you. For me personally, I disguise a bad day by doing a few straightforward things:
  • Show off a casual look: whether it is leggings and a long t-shirt or jeans and vest top accompanied with a thrown up pony/bun and minimal make-up. Nobody is going to doubt your style and looking great can make you feel that sight bit better.

  • Listen to music: anything and everything! Sad, happy, rock, country, pop. Everything! just turn up the tunes to give yourself a little boost.

  • Have your favourite meal/drink: one of the greatest things on earth, food. Make the right meal and it can cheer anyone up, even for a little while.
