Where Rainbows End

Where Rainbows End was published by Cecelia Ahern and is written in a series of notes, emails and instant messages between the characters which I found to be an interesting change from the usually way novels are written.

I really enjoyed reading this and find the writing style a refreshing change to the usual style books have. As somebody who doesn't usually read many rom-coms but I'm finding this particularly interesting, it tells the story of best friends Alex and Rosie and how life brings them closer together and further apart. Hope is a major element of the story as Rosie and Alex stay friends and have to overcome things like failing marriages and an unexpected pregnancy. They keep I touch throughout the twists and turns of life which was truly inspirational. The characters have to find the courage to try and get where they want to be and not let the things that happen to them hold them back.

The book is easy enough to get into and I think that it will be enjoyed by people of all ages.
